Hilton Woodland Hills/ Los Angeles

Is there for two days and I didn’t have dinner the first night because I was tired I didn’t have breakfast and the dining area the restaurant is very very nicely appointed and in someways luxurious. The people who wait on you are it’s so very attentive I had three different people doing things for me at my table and I just felt like so attended and cared for

Late night staff was extremely nice. We checked in at almost 3am and they still had smiles on their faces. Well there's the front desk and the valet

Beds were super comfy, we didn't even want to get out of bed...lol! The room was very roomy and clean. When we had a problem with the power going out, maintenance was quick to fix the problem. When additional towels and tea were needed they were brought up to our room. Because we had electrical issues in the room the manager was very quick to make sure we were compensated and guaranteed our next visit would be better. Valet was very helpful, quick and friendly.

The staff from each departments was excellent. Very professional at all ends. Thank you so much for the services that was given.
